The Scotsman reports that "New research shows motorway service station coffee is so weak that a drowsy driver would have to drink 11 pints to ward off fatigue."
"Of 25 service stations tested, not one served coffee strong enough to keep a driver awake for the recommended two hours, the motoring magazine Auto Express found..... Furthermore, price is not a reliable guide to caffeine levels, although the two cheapest cups, from McDonald?s and Burger King outlets, were in the bottom three for strength."
So, now that UK motorists are aware of this they will all be diving for the one drink that does laabel its caffine content with:
Ingredients: carbonated water, sucrose, glucose, sodium citrate, taurine, glucuronolactone, caffeine, inositol, niacin, D-pantothenol, pyridoxine HCL, vitamin B12, artificial flavours, colors
Nutrition Facts: Serving Size: 8.3 fl. oz Servings per Container: 1 Amount per serving: Calories: 110 Total Fat: 0g Sodium: 200mg Protein: 0g Total Carbohydrates: 28g Sugars: 27g
just don't drink it warm!

The lovely POPMARTA/fotoGRAFFarte has been kind enough to include my 'boy logo' stickers in her 'BLACK BOOK SERIES' of street art stickers.
I'm quite honored to be on the same spread as RWK & Kaputz!
Thanks Marta!

While away the time (and believe me, I've had plenty of that recently) with a addictive/slightly annoying game called Global Player.
Sweet boxy graphics, and painfully frustrating to boot!
..I only got to level6 so far :(

OK.. so I've known about favicon for a while.. but I needed to make another one and just found a rather useful site that addresses the old problem of squinting at huge pixels for hours to get your nice logo into a 16x16 space...all this so it looks cool when someone hits your site and sees this >
![]()
in the address bar.
chami.com explains:
"Would you like to display your own icon on the browser address bar when visitors view or bookmark your web page?
Now it's easy to create icons for your web pages with FavIcon from Pics. Simply select a picture, logo or other graphic (of any size/resolution) for the "Source Image" and click "Generate FavIcon.ico"
I strip down images to their bare elements, with a white background, try and keep your upload image square
They seem to have tons of other free stuff too.
