Today, if it is clear, Manhattan will flood dramatically with sunlight just as the Sun sets precisely on the centerline of every street. Usually, the tall buildings that line the gridded streets of New York City's tallest borough will hide the setting Sun. This effect makes Manhattan a type of modern Stonehenge, although only aligned to about 30 degrees east of north.
Were Manhattan's road grid perfectly aligned to east and west, today's effect would occur on the Vernal and Autumnal Equinox, March 21 and September 21, the only two days that the Sun rises and sets due east and west.
If today's sunset is hidden by clouds do not despair -- the same thing happens every May 28 and July 12. On none of these occasions, however, should you ever look directly at the Sun. (duh)

Once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

The Rasterbator is not as rude as it sounds.
If you havn't got access to a 10grand A2 printer, then why not try this.
You can upload images up to 1MB from your PC or the Web and convert them into huge rasterized pictures out of relatively small image files. The pictures can be assembled into extremely cool looking posters up to 5 meters in size!

I love shopping for records... wether it's online or in the shop.... Specially in the shop.
There are 3 record shops in Utrecht, but I'll only mention 2.
The guys at Metro Recordstore :
Oude Gracht 72 - 3511 AT - Utrecht - Tel - +31 - 30 - 2232298
Who hate music, but give you free coffee and cake (you don't know that though)
Their collection of New Releases is astonishingly good, with all the best names. A huge 2nd hand collection, most of which I havn't been near yet. They also have a nice sun terrace with chairs down by the canal, tres nice for escaping the busy Oudegracht stretch.
The other is closer to the Dom Tower Rhythm Import Recordshop :
Mariaplaats 5 - 3511LH - Utrecht - Tel - +31 - 30 - 2315583
Nice lad, with decent collection of new tunes.. more house than tech house, but worth popping in to see if there's anything different.
Then there's the web.

So I've upgraded the new MovableType to 3.0D
Thought I'd try out the FREE version and see what it does/doesn't do compared to the PAID for version.
Anywho, hopefully this will stop all the nasty spam comments that keep appearing >>>> you know who you are you naughty boy!
There is also a new feature that means your comment will be delayed until I have approved it, once you are approved you should have no future problems.
If you post regularly on BLOGs, then you can get yourself a TYPEKEY login. TypeKey is a free, open system providing a central identity that anyone can use to log in and post comments on blogs and other web sites.

Now then.. I put my mixes out on Kazaa for all to download and enjoy... but to give my dayjob and produce a second album... now thats some success, all thanks to Kazaa File sharing. To date, Kazaa users around the world have downloaded and shared 10 million Ten Mile Tide songs.

So the site has been partially down... I should write a stiff letter, but I'm still waiting for a few features (like my control panel) to be returned to normal working order.
Anywho.. the down time wasn't all bad, with a spare few days I managed to run off a couple of mixes.. one of which I'll upload as soon as I get my FTP access back, so stay tuned.
